Improved http sink (#78)

* automatic flush in NatsSink

* tweak default options of HttpSink

* shorter cirt. section and retries for HttpSink

* fix error handling

* Remove file added by mistake.

* Use http instead of ftp to download likwid

* Fix serial number in rocmCollector
