Christoph Kluge 0c1b66aad9 Adapt svelte to new schema, add removed metric box 
- Moved 'scope' field to parent jobMetric
- Implemented unit { prefix, base } where necessary
- SubCluster Metric Config 'remove' option implemented in Joblists
